Cancellation policy
| Our new policy for 2011 is that all reservations must be cancelled in full within 21 days of arrival. We ask for a 50% down and on making the reservation. This is a refundable deposit if all changes are made 30 days prior to your arrival (less $40.00 administrative expenses).
The balance as well as the deposit can be paid with Visa or Master card or PAYPAL. If you miss your first night due to an airline delay Condotel Las Cascadas will split the difference with you, however should you decide to leave earlier than originally planned we do not reimburse for the dates not stayed.( Since we are not a walk in hotel.) Any deposit that is not returned for one of the above reasons will be held for up to 2 years for future credits for your self, family or friends. These policies work to the advantage of you, our guest. Most of our reservations are made 60 to 90 days in advance and because of our quiet, secluded location we do not count on drive-by traffic or walk-ins. In this way, we assure you a more private, restful stay. Check In time: 2pm Breakfast serve between 8am to 11am ($6.95 plus tax) Driving Directions from San Jose Please pick up a road map with your rental car. The drive takes about 2.5 hours and we recommend that you try to do it in the daylight hours. Sunset year-round is between 5:30 and 6:00 p.m. You will be coming to Quepos by way of the towns of Atenas, Orotina, Jaco, and Parrita. After you have passed these towns, you will be arriving in Quepos. Coming into Quepos, you will begin to see more commercial properties and then an estuary of the ocean on your left. As you actually enter into Quepos you will cross a short one lane bridge where the ocean is on your right and an extension of the estuary on your left. On the other side of the bridge, you will have the option of the high road or “break wall” that runs along the ocean or a low road that takes you down to the main street. Fifty yards ahead you will see another sign – stay left. Go up a steep hill, where you will see another sign on your right. You will enter a narrow, local street – keep going straight and in about half a block you will see our large front gate. Welcome to Las Cascadas! Please use extra common sense while driving here. Use your seat belts when driving, always lock your car up, and be careful of petty thieves when entering or leaving your vehicle.
